Queensland State Titles 2026 - Results

What a State Titles for our Mackay Monarchs!

The scorelines don’t always tell the full story. Our girls came up against some of the very best teams in Queensland, and every game demanded grit, composure and resilience.

There were tough moments, but this group kept showing up, kept competing and kept backing each other. At times, the effort, pressure and passages of play were far better than the final margin suggested — and that is something to be proud of.

To finish with a 27–23 win over North Queensland United was a fantastic reward for the persistence shown across the tournament. 🙌

Plenty learned, plenty to build on, and a group of athletes who can hold their heads high after testing themselves against quality opposition.

A big thank you to our coaching and support staff, and to all of our families and supporters who cheered the girls on and backed them on and off the court!

Now it’s time to rest those tired bodies, enjoy the trip home — and maybe sneak in one last Yo-Chi stop before heading back to Mackay! 🍦😜

Safe travels home — see you back in Mackay!
